The Humanitarian Aid and Community Support Association (HACSA) has celebrated the successful completion of its Tech4Girls programme, marking an important milestone in the digital skills and professional development journey of participating girls and young women.
The graduation ceremony brought together participants, facilitators, guests, partners, and stakeholders to celebrate the achievements of the graduates and highlight the importance of equipping young women with the skills and confidence needed to participate meaningfully in the digital economy.
Tech4Girls is a hands-on learning programme designed to provide girls and women with practical digital skills, including Information and Communication Technology (ICT), coding, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Beyond technical training, the programme also places emphasis on entrepreneurship, emotional intelligence, leadership, and other soft skills that can support participants in their academic, professional, and personal development.
The programme reflects the growing need to create opportunities for girls and women to engage with technology and pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
Celebrating Achievement and Growth
The graduation ceremony served as a moment of recognition for participants who successfully completed the programme. For the graduates, the occasion represented more than the completion of a training programme; it marked the beginning of a new stage in their journey toward greater digital confidence, innovation, entrepreneurship, and career opportunities.
A major highlight of the event was the series of keynote speeches and presentations, which provided participants and guests with valuable insights into the opportunities available within the technology and digital ecosystem.
The keynote sessions also reinforced the importance of continuous learning, adaptability, leadership, and confidence as young women prepare to navigate an increasingly technology- driven world.
The presentations further provided an opportunity to showcase the knowledge and experiences gained throughout the Tech4Girls programme, demonstrating how practical digital education can empower young women to become creators, innovators, entrepreneurs, and future leaders.

Empowering Girls Through Technology
At the heart of Tech4Girls is the belief that access to technology education can help create new pathways for girls and women.
By introducing participants to areas such as coding, AI, ICT, entrepreneurship, and leadership, the programme contributes to building a generation of young women who are better prepared to take advantage of emerging opportunities in the digital economy.
The programme also highlights the importance of developing both technical and interpersonal skills. While digital literacy and technology skills are increasingly important, qualities such as communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, leadership, and entrepreneurial thinking are equally valuable in today's workplace.
The successful graduation therefore represents not only what the participants have learned, but also the potential they carry forward into their communities, workplaces, educational institutions, and future careers.
Eagle Eye Projects & Events Supports a Meaningful Celebration
The graduation ceremony was organised with the support of Eagle Eye Projects & Events,
contributing to the successful execution and presentation of the event.
As an organisation involved in event planning and execution, Eagle Eye Projects & Events was proud to be part of an occasion centred on female empowerment, digital inclusion, education, and the future of technology.
The event provided an opportunity to bring together the various elements required to create a memorable and meaningful graduation experience while keeping the achievements of the Tech4Girls participants at the centre of the occasion.
For Eagle Eye Projects & Events, supporting initiatives such as Tech4Girls aligns with the broader importance of creating well-organised platforms where organisations can celebrate achievements, communicate their impact, and connect with the communities they serve.

Looking Ahead
The successful completion of the Tech4Girls programme marks a significant step in the participants' journeys, but it is also a reminder of the work that remains to be done in creating greater access to technology and STEM opportunities for girls and women.
As the graduates move forward, the knowledge, skills, confidence, and experiences gained through the programme can serve as a foundation for further education, employment, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
The Tech4Girls graduation ultimately celebrated more than certificates. It celebrated
potential, progress, opportunity, and the growing presence of girls and women in technology.
With initiatives such as Tech4Girls continuing to equip young women with relevant digital and professional skills, the future holds greater possibilities for a more inclusive technology
ecosystem where girls and women are not only participants but also innovators, leaders, and creators.
Congratulations to all the Tech4Girls graduates on this remarkable achievement.
